Our policy: -Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time the cancellation fee is 50%. -No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file. -There is a 15 minute grace period, after that it is considered late and you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. By booking your appointment, you are hereby agreeing to the terms stated in this policy.
